Ms. Le Noir, Mrs. Shira and Mrs. Kaib have begun a leadership club, open to the girls in eighth grade. The focus of the group is to improve self esteem, self confidence, communication and self awareness. The girls' first project was to start a Big/ Little Sister program with the fifth grade girls. The girls have been meeting once or twice a week at lunch or AR time. Their first "getting to know you" activity was making bracelets together. They are now making ornaments for a Christmas tree that will decorate the second floor hallway.
