FACTS Management

Dear School Family,

 As indicated on your commitment form, you will again use the FACTS Management Program which begins in June, at a one time cost of $41.  In order to complete your placement in the school program, please visit the FACTS information link, and click the “Get Started” button under “New User.”

•    Enter student information for EACH student on the agreement.
•    Select a payment plan option.
•    Enter the proper demographic information and create a username and password.
•    Enter financial account information for making payments.
•    Review your account summary and click the “Submit” button.
•    Choose to print or e-mail your confirmation page.  It includes your agreement number which will be needed to reference your tuition payment plan with your school and FACTS.

    You are now officially entered into our school program for the school year 2011-2012.  We will begin the process of implementing your fees!  Once your information is applied, you will receive a FACTS confirmation letter.  This letter will confirm your automatic payment information. Please check this information for accuracy, and contact Sheryl Cook at the Parish Office at 302-328-3431 with any discrepancies or questions.
