2012-2013 School Fees and Policy

 

For the purposes of this tuition policy, a “qualified parishioner” is one who (1) is registered with the parish (2) participates in the worship, work and life of the parish family; and (3) contributes to the financial support of the Church by regular use of the Church offertory collection envelopes (minimum weekly offertory maintained at $18/weekly for one full previous year).  You may include this in your FACTS Management Program.

 

QUALIFIED PARISHIONER RATES

Kindergarten Tuition:

Half-day with another child already in OLF School K/full-8………$121/month + school tuition(yearly $1452)

Half-day without a child already in OLF School K/full-9………….$295/month (yearly $3540)

School Tuition:          (Grades K-Full through 8)

$473/month with one child in OLF School………………………….$5676 yearly

$677/month with two children in OLF School………………………$8124 yearly

$860/month with three or more children in OLF School……………$10,320 yearly

Book Fees:                 (Non-refundable after August 1, 2012)

$225 per child in Grades Kindergarten through 8

FOR THOSE NOT QUALIFIED UNDER THE QUALIFIED TUITION POLICY, PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL $1000 TO YOUR YEARLY RATE.

Must send in verification if you are a contributing parishioner at another Catholic parish other than Our Lady of Fatima to obtain the qualified parishioner rate.

Preschool Tuition:

Morning Session

$276/month per Preschooler…………………………………………$3312/yearly

$252/month per Preschooler w/additional child in grade school……$3024/yearly + school tuition

Full Day Session

$370/month per Preschooler…………………………………………$4440/yearly

$333/month per Preschooler w/additional child in grade school……$3996/yearly + school tuition

The tuition program is based on a 12-month payment plan. (June 2012 – May 2013)

After School Program (9 month payment program – September 2012 – May 2013) $212 per month/per child.Program begins in August 2012 through June 2013 ($1908) yearly.         

A Registration Fee of $50/per child shall be paid in May at the school meeting.  If you only prefer Before-care, the cost is $5.00/per morning per child.  (7AM-7:45AM)

Other Activities:

            Since the Annual June Fair & Christmas Bazaar help reduce tuition costs, ALL school parents are required to work once a year four (4) hours per family at the June Fair and two (2) hours per family at the Christmas Bazaar.  A $200 fee is required of those families who do not wish to work the June Fair.  A fee of $100 is required of those families who do not wish to work the Christmas Bazaar.

Financial Information:

            Termination of contract or withdrawal from school after June 30, 2012 will result in one month forfeit of tuition.  Termination or withdrawal from school after August 1, 2012 will result in one month forfeit of tuition and book fee payment.  Questions can be answered by contacting Sheryl Cook at 302-328-3431.
